Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 9:30. The minimum stay is 1 week, and during high season bookings run from Saturday to Saturday. A late check-in after 7:00 PM until 11:30 PM is available, and check-in later than 11:30 PM must be arranged in advance and may require additional fees. A refundable security deposit of 500 euros is required upon arrival and will be returned before departure, less any charges in the event of damage. A tourist tax of 8 euros per person per night applies for the first 4 nights, with children under 12 years of age exempt. Final cleaning is included in the rental price.
