In a little more than an hour you can make the complete tour by car, or better still enjoy a boat trip to Isola Maggiore, with its small fishing village, an activity that is also perfect for your children.
The large swimming pool will be at your disposal (size 12x6 m, depth 0.60-2 - open from 01st June to 30 September); occasionally it is also used by the owner who will be, albeit very discreetly, an excellent point of reference in case of need. You will have your own private space for your car within the fully fenced property, where even your small four-legged friends will be welcome.
The house is comfortable, furnished with particular taste by the owner with local antiques, has a large living room with sofas and an antique fireplace, two comfortable double bedrooms and a smaller one perfect for a child.
Certainly, in addition to the proximity to important centres such as Perugia, Arezzo and Siena, which you can visit with convenient day trips, in our opinion the highlight of the villa is the view from the house and its outdoor space. Nice property with pool situated near the beautiful medieval hamlet of San Donato in Poggio, half-way between Florence and Siena. This property comprises 3 comfortable apartments all of which recently restored and tastefully furnished. Beautiful vineyards and olive groves surround the estate and produce excellent Chianti Classico wine and olive oil (available for the clients to be tasted and purchased). This property is situated among green hills but at the same time it is very close to the small town of San Donato (walking distance) offering nice restaurants, pizzerias and all main services.
The access to the property is via an unpaved but well-maintained road suitable for any kind of car.
Distances: San Donato in Poggio with all kinds of shops 500 m away, Greve in Chianti 15 km, the charming medieval town of San Gimignano 18 km, Florence 20 km, Siena 35 km away, Pisa (airport) 95 km away, Arezzo approx. 100 km, Cortona 140 km away. Rome is approx. 300 km away.
