Air conditioning is available in the living area and in the upstairs bedrooms, ensuring a cool and comfortable stay during the summer months, and is included in the rental price. Heating is metered and billed according to consumption. Final cleaning is included in the rental price. A refundable security deposit of 300,00 euros is required upon arrival and will be returned before departure, less any charge in case of damage. Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 9:30. Late check-in after 6:00 PM until 11:00 PM is available upon request, and check-in later than 11:00 PM must be organized in advance and may require additional fees. A tourist tax of 8,00 euros per person per night applies for the first 4 nights, with children under 12 years of age exempt. The sleeping area comprises one bedroom with valley views and a luxurious private bathroom equipped with double sinks and a bathtub with shower attachment. Three additional double bedrooms are located on this floor, two of which are very spacious and one slightly more intimate, all overlooking either the valley or the garden. Two additional bathrooms with showers serve the remaining bedrooms on the first floor.

A dedicated laundry room houses a washing machine for your convenience. The outdoor barbecue area includes a built-in grill perfect for preparing Mediterranean feasts. The traditional fireplaces located in both the living room and kitchen add rustic charm and authentic Tuscan character to the villa, with the kitchen fireplace available for use.
Other Information
Check in is available between 3 pm and 7 pm, while check out is required by 10 am. The property is protected by mosquito nets throughout to ensure comfortable evenings. A housekeeper service is provided for 3 hours once a week to maintain the villa during your stay. Room and bathroom linens are provided with weekly changes occurring on Saturdays. Water, gas, electricity, and final cleaning are all included in the rental. Upon arrival, you will be required to provide a security deposit which will be returned at the end of your stay minus any costs for damages incurred. Pets are allowed on request. The swimming pool is available for use from 1 May through 31 October and features the option of protective covering to preserve water temperature overnight.
