This property comprises a main building and a nice barn which have been carefully restored preserving their original architectural features as well as their beautiful cotto-tiled floors and beamed ceilings. The two units offer 8 comfortable apartments, all of which tastefully furnished in a Tuscan style.
Distances: the villages of Montelopio 1 km, Fabbrica with all kinds of shops 4 km away, an excellent restaurant offering nice recipes of the Tuscan tradition is approx. 800 m away, Volterra 25 km, Pontedera (with nice shopping facilities) 23 km away, Casciana Terme (with spas) 25 km, San Gimignano 30 km, Pisa (airport) 50 km, Livorno (seaside) 50 km away, Florence (airport) and Lucca approx. 65 km away, Siena approx. 70 km. The coastline with large equipped beaches is in a 45-minute drive.
At guests’ disposal: nice furnished garden, large swimming-pool (20 x 8 m – maximum depth 3 m), Jacuzzi area, playground for children, table tennis, bowling green, barbecue, bikes for rent, private furnished outdoor area for each apartment. A shared room with satellite TV is available. Covered parking within the grounds. All of the apartments provide screen nets and WI-FI internet connection (free of charge).

The fenced swimming pool, measuring 6 x 12 meters with a depth of 130 to 160 cm, is equipped with an internal staircase for easy access and is accompanied by an outdoor shower for guests' convenience. The pool is available on a seasonal basis, open from May 6th to September 23rd. Adjacent to the pool, a dedicated barbecue area provides an ideal setting for alfresco dining and social gatherings. The property also features a private terrace furnished with garden furniture, offering a comfortable space to unwind while taking in the peaceful countryside views. Certina is equipped with a central heating system, available exclusively from November 1st to April 8th, ensuring a warm and comfortable stay during the cooler months of the year. A shared washing machine is available on the property for guests' use, and a weekly linen change is included as part of the stay. Should guests require additional housekeeping, room cleaning services can be arranged upon request for a supplementary fee. The property is accessible by motor vehicle via an unmade road, and on-site parking is available for guests travelling by car.
