Villa Magical Tower is equipped with air conditioning, heating, a fireplace, a gym room, a washing machine, and a dishwasher, ensuring every comfort throughout the year. The Jacuzzi in the wellness area is heated to 28 degrees during the period from 01 October to 31 May; outside of this period, the Jacuzzi remains available to guests but is not heated. A minimum stay of 4 nights is required, with a flexible changeover day. Check-in is available from 16:00 to 21:00, while check-out must take place between 8:00 and 10:00. Late check-in after 21:00 and until 24:00 is available subject to prior arrangement. A security deposit of 500 euros is payable upon arrival and will be returned at departure, less any charges in the event of damages. The rental rates include gas, water, electricity up to 400 kWh (with an additional charge of 0.50 euros per kWh for consumption exceeding 400 kWh), a mid-week tidying service of 3 hours with a change of bath towels, final cleaning, weekly change of bed linens and pool towels, a welcome hamper with breakfast products, and a cot.
