A late check-in service is available after 21:00 until 24:00, subject to prior arrangement. A security deposit of 500 euros is payable upon arrival and will be returned at departure, less any applicable charges in the event of damages.

The rental rates are inclusive of gas, water, and electricity consumption up to 400 kWh; any consumption exceeding this threshold will be subject to an additional charge of 0.50 euros per kWh. Included in the rates are a mid-week tidying service of 3 hours with a change of bath towels, a final cleaning, a weekly change of bed linens and pool towels, a welcome hamper with breakfast products, and a cot. A tourist tax of 1.00 euro per person per night applies, excluding children up to 12 years of age, for a maximum of 10 nights, payable in cash upon arrival. Pets are not allowed at the property.
