The night section on the ground floor comprises 1 double bedroom with beds that can be converted into 2 single beds, 1 single bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower, a laundry room with a washing machine, and a second bathroom with shower. The upper floor features 1 double bedroom with beds that can be converted into 2 singles upon request, a walk-in closet, and a private bathroom with a bathtub and separate shower. It won't be difficult to make families with children or groups of friends happy in such a beautiful location, combining interesting day trips with relaxing days around the large private swimming pool (size m. 6x12, depth m. 1.00-1.60 - open from 01st May to 30th September) with solarium equipped with sun beds, tables, chairs and umbrellas. Also next to the swimming pool there are Jacuzzi and Sauna (available during the whole year included in the rental price).

The cottage accommodates 2 plus 2 guests and has a large entrance leading to an expansive living area with open kitchen, characterized by very high ceilings with exposed bricks and beams. The rental price includes water, gas, final cleaning, and linen for rooms and bathrooms, with linen changes provided weekly. Upon arrival, you will be required to provide a security deposit of 500 euros, which will be returned at the end of your stay minus the cost of any damages incurred. Pets are welcome at the property for an additional charge per week. Upon arrival, a tourist tax may be required according to the regulations of the municipality.
