Approximately 10 metres from the main house, a large pergola shelters a generous dining table for 12 people, alongside a fully equipped outdoor kitchen complete with a brick-built barbecue and a traditional wood-fired oven, ideal for al fresco dining and convivial gatherings. The non-heated swimming pool, located approximately 10 metres from the house, is a striking rectangular structure measuring 14 x 7 metres, with a depth ranging from 0.40 to 2.50 metres. Lined in PVC and equipped with chlorine purification, it features 5 steps on the short side for easy water access. The pool is bordered by a spacious terracotta-paved solarium furnished with 12 sunbeds, all enjoying a breathtaking view of the sea. An outdoor hot and cold-water shower is conveniently located nearby. The pool is open from the last Saturday of April to the first Saturday of October. A path of approximately 400 metres winds through the property down to the private pebble beach, where a small hut with deckchairs is available for guests, offering a secluded spot to sunbathe and swim undisturbed even during the hottest months of the year.
