The first floor, accessible via a comfortable external staircase, hosts a second living room with a private terrace, a second kitchen, 2 bedrooms, one of which features an ensuite bathroom, a further bedroom with 2 single beds, and a bathroom with shower. The villa is equipped with air conditioning in all rooms, a washer dryer, dishwasher, smart TV, wine cellar, and ice machine. Heating is provided by heat pumps installed in all rooms.

Included in the rental are air conditioning, bath towels with a midweek change, bed linen with a midweek change, a cot, electricity, final cleaning, heating, Wi-Fi internet, kitchen gas consumption, a midweek cleaning service of 6 hours covering the kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms, pool towels with a weekly change, table linen, water consumption, and a welcome basket with breakfast items. The minimum stay is 7 nights. From 22 June to 30 August, arrivals are accepted on Saturdays only.
