The private swimming pool, measuring 12x6 metres with a depth ranging from 60 to 170 cm, is open from April 20 to September 28, weather permitting, and offers a breathtaking view over the surrounding rolling hills. Sun loungers and umbrellas are provided poolside, allowing you to unwind in complete comfort and soak in the natural beauty of the Umbrian landscape. 2 covered outdoor areas are thoughtfully equipped with tables, chairs, and external sofas, providing ideal settings for relaxing or enjoying leisurely al fresco meals. A barbecue is available for outdoor cooking, inviting you to savour the finest local wines while dining beneath the open sky. The tennis court offers an excellent recreational option for guests who wish to stay active during their stay, while the expansive private parking area accommodates over 6 vehicles with ease.

Villa Molinazzo operates with a check-in time from 15:00 and a check-out time by 10:00. Pets are welcome upon request. A fully refundable cash security deposit of 1,000 euros is required upon arrival and will be returned at the time of departure, less any charges in the event of damages. Should house rules not be observed, penalties may be applied according to the specific circumstances.

The rental price includes daily cleaning for 4 hours, Monday to Saturday, with Sundays and public holidays excluded, as well as gardener and pool maintenance services. Pool towels are provided, and bath towels are changed on Wednesdays. Internet WiFi is included and unlimited throughout the stay.

Additional costs are payable upon arrival and include a utility deposit for air conditioning and heating, with air conditioning metered and heating metered separately. Heating and cooling systems are available throughout the property, with all 5 bedrooms in the main house equipped with individual air conditioning units.
