Mariuccia 3 is well equipped for a comfortable and self-sufficient stay, with in-unit amenities including a refrigerator, telephone, television, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, and microwave. It is important to note that all bedrooms and bathrooms are located on the upper floor, and as a result, the property is not suitable for guests with walking difficulties. From the parking level, approximately 15 steps lead up to the garden. A minimum stay of 5 nights is required. Check-in is available from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm, and check-out is at 9:00 am. Upon request and with the prior approval of the owner, a late arrival between 7:00 pm and 9:00 pm may be arranged for an additional fee.
