The roof of the main house can be opened to ventilate and cool down the entire building (thanks to a system of hydraulic pistons). The house's special large windows can be opened to unite the indoor and outdoor areas. The furnishing is modern and refined.

There is a tennis club within walking distance of the house. The helpful caretakers live on the estate, in a separate apartment.

Villa Pedone is situated on a quiet and secluded hillside, surrounded by breathtaking views of olive groves and vineyards. It is an ideal location, as you will see on the map, the city of Lucca is positioned centrally in the Tuscan region. It is aprox. only 15 km from the sea side and 10km from the mountains. The garden surrounding the property is delimited by a 2m high wall, which surrounds three sides of the villa.
