Green Hills 13 is a nice property with a total of 13 private apartments that is conveniently located 6 km (3 mi) from Lucca, Italy and only 20 km (12 mi) from Viareggio. Green Hills 13, among other amenities, includes also WiFi internet, pool and air conditioning.
Alfa 8 (35sq m) is a two-bedroom unit with one bathroom that is built on one level and can sleep up to four guests. Some rooms are air-conditioned for your comfort (see room details below).
There is a kitchen including coffee machine, stove and refrigerator, as well as, plenty of tableware and cutlery for up to four guests. Dine 'al fresco' like a real Tuscan, the fully furnished garden is the perfect setting to enjoy food, family and the lovely Tuscan weather.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 46 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 45 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
