A dedicated laundry room houses a washing machine for your convenience. The outdoor barbecue area includes a built-in grill perfect for preparing Mediterranean feasts. The traditional fireplaces located in both the living room and kitchen add rustic charm and authentic Tuscan character to the villa, with the kitchen fireplace available for use.
Other Information
Check in is available between 3 pm and 7 pm, while check out is required by 10 am. The property is protected by mosquito nets throughout to ensure comfortable evenings. A housekeeper service is provided for 3 hours once a week to maintain the villa during your stay. Room and bathroom linens are provided with weekly changes occurring on Saturdays. Water, gas, electricity, and final cleaning are all included in the rental. Upon arrival, you will be required to provide a security deposit which will be returned at the end of your stay minus any costs for damages incurred. Pets are allowed on request. The swimming pool is available for use from 1 May through 31 October and features the option of protective covering to preserve water temperature overnight.
