The property accommodates 3 apartments within the same residence, and it is worth noting that the owner also lives on site and keeps a dog. A washing machine is available for shared use among the apartments. Heating is available at the property, though the conditions vary depending on the time of year. From 1 April to 30 November, heating can be used upon request and is to be paid directly on the spot. From 1 December to 31 March, heating is included as standard.
