In the completely enclosed garden, your children can play freely in absolute tranquillity in the shade of the olive trees and century-old trees, while you, by the side of the pool, can enjoy the sun while admiring the fantastic panorama of the valley below. For the little ones' playtime there is also a playhouse in a tree.
At the back of the house you will have at your disposal, for dinners or lunches in the open air, a comfortable equipped area, wood-burning oven and barbecue, where you can enjoy your meals in company.

Usciano is an ancient village of medieval origin, located a few kilometres from the city of Arezzo. The indoor heated pool is available for use throughout the year. Pool heating is included from May to October, with a maximum temperature of 28 and 29 degrees Celsius. During other periods, pool heating is available upon request at an additional cost. The villa is equipped with air conditioning, which is included in the rental price. A barbecue is also available for guests to use during their stay.
The rental price includes final cleaning, a daily made service, mid-week changes of bed linen, and a change of towels twice a week. City taxes may be applicable if requested by local authorities.
The minimum rental period is 1 week, with Saturday as the designated changeover day. Check-in is available from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm, and check-out must be completed before 10:00 am. A refundable security deposit of 1500 euros is required upon arrival and must be paid in cash. This deposit will be returned upon departure, less any charges for damages or unpaid fees.
