"Gerry House" is equipped with a central heating system, which is available for use from 31 October to 19 March. For stays falling between 20 March and 30 October, heating is also available but is charged as an additional cost to be settled directly on-site. A washing machine is available for shared use among guests. Parking is conveniently provided on the property at no additional inconvenience. Guests are kindly reminded that the neighbourhood is highly sensitive to noise, and quietness along with respectful behaviour is expected at all times throughout the stay. The owner does not accept bookings from youth groups. It is worth noting that a car is recommended to make the most of the surrounding area and its many attractions.
