The non-heated pool area connects seamlessly to the dining and living spaces through double doors, creating a harmonious indoor-outdoor flow. The villa can be reached either via a public elevator from street level or by climbing over 250 steps, and you should note that the elevator is not affiliated with the villa as schedules and any applicable fees are determined by the Municipality of Positano. A car is not necessary to stay at Villa Positano, but if you have a vehicle, you may park it in a public parking lot with valet service for an extra daily fee. Smoking is allowed only on the terrace. Pets are not allowed at the property. External catering is not permitted to ensure the villa's quality and service standards, as all food and beverage services must be exclusively managed by the in-house staff and approved suppliers of the property. All services and extras must be settled locally before departure unless otherwise agreed. A food allowance of 3000 euros is required to be paid in cash upon arrival, and a damage deposit of 10000 euros is required by credit card. The rates are based on 24 guests, and for each additional guest up to a maximum of 27 guests, a supplement of 250 euros per person per day will be applied. For larger groups, Villa Positano can be rented together with Villa Vescovo, which is 100 meters away and accessible via a private path through an independent gate at the garden level, accommodating a total of 37 people.
