On the second floor, a king-size bedroom with lake views, a walk-in wardrobe, and a private bathroom featuring both a bathtub and shower is accompanied by 2 twin bedrooms, one of which can be converted into a double, both enjoying lake views and sharing a bathroom with a bathtub and shower. The heated infinity pool, complete with an integrated Jacuzzi, overlooks the lake and is available from April to October, with pool heating powered by gas and charged separately according to consumption. Requests for pool heating must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Pool towels are provided as part of the standard rental inclusions.
Direct access to a private dock and an 8-meter boat pier allows guests to engage in swimming, boating, and kayaking with ease, with 2 kayaks available for use at no additional cost. The outdoor furniture and dining areas on the terraces are perfectly positioned to capture uninterrupted views of the water, making every meal and moment of relaxation an experience defined by the natural grandeur of Lake Como.
Other Information
Villa Traversi welcomes guests with an "Arrive and Relax Service" included in the rental price. This service consists of a brought-in dinner left ready to be reheated by guests, with no table service provided. The menu accommodates vegetarian guests and includes pasta al forno, a vegetable tarte, salad, and fruit salad, with bread, water, and wine also provided. No changes to the first-night dinner menu are possible. A basic grocery shopping package is also included, stocked with essentials such as milk, coffee, tea, bread, biscuits, sugar, salt, water, fruit, eggs, oil, butter, jam, orange juice, and cereals.
Maid service is included 3 hours on Monday and Wednesday. Bed linens are changed on Saturday, and bath linens are changed on Wednesday and Saturday. Additional maid service is available upon request, as is a daily cleaning package covering 5 days at 3 hours per day. Wi-Fi is included in the rental price.
Electricity and air conditioning are metered and charged according to consumption. Heating is also metered and charged separately. A utilities deposit of 500 Euro is required on arrival. A refundable security deposit of 4,000 Euro is collected in cash upon arrival and returned upon departure, less any charges in case of damage to the property.
The minimum stay is 7 nights, with Saturday as the changeover day. Check-in is from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm, and check-out is at 9:00 am. Late arrivals may be arranged upon request and with the owner's prior approval. Arrivals between 7:00 pm and midnight, as well as arrivals between midnight and 6:00 am, each incur an additional fee. Pets are permitted upon request and subject to the owner's approval, with an applicable weekly fee per pet.
