Agriturismo La Greppia is an old 17th-century farmhouse in typical Tuscan style. You will find it in the heart of the upper Arno Valley, on the slopes of the Pratomagno massif, surrounded by splendid olive groves overlooking one of the most beautiful and greenest valleys in Tuscany.
The three apartments retain clear traces of their origins, the exposed stone, the terracotta and wooden floors and the majestic beams, which will take you back in time, to the discovery of the region's rural customs. Villa Paneretta is next to the ancient Castello della Paneretta and its cellars: the production of Chianti Classico wine represents the main activity and guests of Villa Paneretta will have the privilege of tasting the unique flavor of its bottles of wine directly on the spot. The castle is open (at fixed times) for tastings and visits but the guests of Villa Paneretta will always enjoy the exclusivity of their outdoor spaces and swimming pool.
The private swimming pool is located about 50 meters away from the villa and can be reached by walking under the historic castle walls. The location of Villa Paneretta is very strategic: you are halfway between Florence and Siena and in the heart of the Chianti Classico region.
