You will find Villa Il Cedro nestled in the hills covered with vineyards and olive groves that mark the natural border between the two most beautiful regions of central Italy, Tuscany and Umbria. The house is situated in a panoramic position. From the garden, on clear days, you will enjoy a beautiful view of Lake Trasimeno and the mountains of Cortona, and the towns of Castiglione del Lago 12 km, Montepulciano 15 km, and Cortona 18 km are easily accessible for day trips, for an evening out to dinner or for an aperitif. These towns have ancient origins and with their historic buildings, churches and stone-paved streets, they will welcome you in an atmosphere of times gone by.
One of the villa's strong points is undoubtedly its green enclosed park, composed of pines, cypresses, firs and a centuries-old cedar, a peaceful refuge for your four-legged friends and a safe place for your children to play. In the garden you will have at your disposal a barbecue, a table tennis, swings for the children, and a beautiful swimming pool (size 6x12 m, depth 1.60 m) equipped with sunbeds, deckchairs and beach umbrellas, perfect for escaping the summer heat and for an aperitif by the pool.
The proximity to Petrignano del Lago is also something you will appreciate. In 5 minutes you can walk to buy fresh bread or hot croissants in the morning. The road to the village is just a few metres from the house, and there you will find restaurants, bars and small shops. The house is furnished in a simple way but you will have every comfort, such as air conditioning in the living room, to ensure a nice holiday in absolute relaxation.
