In the Crete Senesi, ancient farm and natural spa bath. At the end of a winding 1,5 km unmade road lined with heather, corbezzoli (strawberry trees) and oaks in the lovely countryside of the Crete Senesi is the Aia Vecchia di Montalceto farm, divided onto five apartments that have been made out of the careful restoration of Montalceto Estate which once upon a time was a famed thermal spa. Its waters were well known already in the 15th Century for curing arthritis and rheumatism.  

Apartments in two typical Tuscan farmhouses. Each apartment furnished with antiques has its own entrance, and is equipped with satellite TV and Dvd player. On the ground floor of the main house there are a laundry, and the communal rooms equipped with stereo, satellite TV, Dvd player, table tennis, a small library, a piano and a well equipped kitchen. On request the owner will prepare typical Tuscan dishes for dinner (minimum 8 persons).

Wide outdoor equipped space. A large garden equipped with outdoor furniture, barbecue, wood burning oven, mountain bikes, and a billiard room, are at the disposal of the guests. A 250 m cypress- lined path leads to the swimming pool with hydromassage (14 x 9 m, depth 1,50-2,10 m), the children's playing area and the bowling alley. Nearby is the owner's villa. Small size pets are welcome.
