The villa comprises a spacious 220 square meter living space spread over two levels, providing ample accommodation for your vacation. On the ground floor, you'll find a large living and dining area featuring an open-hearth fireplace and satellite TV, leading directly to the garden. There are also two bedrooms on this level, one with two single beds and another with a double bed. Additionally, there is an open room with a veranda and air conditioning. The well-equipped kitchen boasts four hot plates, an oven, dishwasher, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine, along with a dining table and TV, providing direct access to the veranda. Two separate shower rooms with bidet and toilet complete the ground floor layout.

Upstairs, you'll discover two double bedrooms, both with access to the balcony. There is also a room with two single beds leading to the terrace, and an additional shower room with bidet and toilet. The villa offers a 15 square meter balcony and a 30 square meter terrace, complete with outdoor furniture and deck chairs, allowing you to relax and enjoy the beautiful garden views.
