Entry to the water is facilitated by 5 angular steps, and the pool is finished with a stone-effect touch liner and a stoneware border. It is sanitized using a salt system and equipped with night lighting on a timer, an electric roller cover, and a built-in hot tub alongside a small beach area. A stoneware solarium surrounds the pool, furnished with umbrellas, sun loungers, and a solar shower for your comfort. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October. In a more secluded area of the grounds, a multi-purpose concrete court equipped with a basketball hoop and a multisport net offers additional recreational opportunities. The caretaker's residence shares only the entrance gate and the initial stretch of the driveway with the villa, as the parking areas and building accesses are separated by an additional internal fence. The property has undergone a thorough check-up carried out by a technical manager to verify the accuracy of the description, the accessories listed, and their operational and maintenance condition. Pets are welcome at the property; however, only small pets are permitted. The rental rate includes utilities covering electricity, water, gas for kitchen use and hot water, as well as weekly linen changes and both an initial and final cleaning of the property.
