The outdoor heart of Casa Chiara is a magnificent panoramic terrace of approximately 100 square metres, seamlessly connecting the interior living spaces with the open sky and the sweeping views of the Golfo Paradiso. A beautiful maritime pine tree stands at the centre of this outdoor sanctuary, providing generous natural shade throughout the day. The terrace is furnished with armchairs, sunbeds, and small tables, all thoughtfully arranged to allow you to savour the extraordinary surroundings in complete comfort. A large outdoor dining table serves as the natural gathering point for al fresco lunches and dinners on warm summer evenings, perfectly complemented by the portable barbecue that can be brought out and used at your leisure. The terrace also features a small, rectangular swimming pool measuring 3.50 x 1.70 metres with a depth of 50 centimetres, making it particularly suitable and safe for young children. The pool is non-heated, lined in elegant mosaic tiles, and is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October. Please be aware that photographs of the property were taken in spring, and therefore the blossoming of flowers and the colours of the garden grass may differ from what you observe upon arrival.

Other Information

The rental rate includes utilities such as electricity, water, and gas for cooking purposes, as well as weekly linen changes and both an initial and a final cleaning of the property. The rate also includes the Zer0Dep Guarantee, which means you are not required to pay a security deposit either on balance or upon arrival. This guarantee provides EuropAssistance coverage in the event of accidental damage to the property during your stay, up to a maximum of 1,500 euros and subject to the limitations provided by the policy. Tourism tax may be applicable depending on current local regulations. Pets are welcome at the property; however, a mandatory extra cleaning fee applies per animal per week or part of a week in the event that animals are brought to the property.
