The outdoor spaces of Trulli Italia are as impressive as the residence itself, offering a seamless blend of natural beauty and thoughtfully designed leisure areas. The swimming pool, located on the same level as the trullo approximately 10 m away, measures 10 x 4 m with a variable depth from 1.40 m to 1.60 m. Lined in sky-blue PVC, it features chlorine purification, internal lighting, and large steps for easy entry into the water. The pool is non-heated and open from the last Saturday of April to the first Saturday of October. The sunbathing area surrounding the pool is paved in stone and furnished with sunbeds, while a large covered patio provides a shaded retreat with a charming poolside bar area. Adjacent to the pool, a patio equipped with a table and a large sofa creates an inviting space for outdoor lunches and dinners, perfectly suited for enjoying the panoramic views together. A characteristic bar kiosk is located in the immediate proximity of the solarium area, offering a truly enjoyable corner on hot Apulian summer days. The expansive grounds also feature a lighted beach and tennis court measuring 20 x 10 m, as well as a dedicated area of the garden designed for children with a mini playground. Olive trees blend harmoniously with fruit trees and Mediterranean plants throughout the property, framed by traditional dry stone walls. Please note that photos are taken in spring, and therefore flower blossoming and the colours of the garden grass may differ at the moment of your arrival.

Trulli Italia is set entirely on a single level and is designed to comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests across 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. On the ground floor, the main entrance leads into a welcoming living room, which connects directly to a fully equipped kitchen with access to the veranda. The veranda is fitted with a dining area and a built-in barbecue, making it an ideal space for alfresco meals. A separate lounge features a fireplace and a queen sofa bed, offering an additional and cosy sleeping option. The sleeping quarters comprise 1 twin bedroom and 2 double bedrooms. One of the double bedrooms is particularly notable for its en-suite bathroom with a shower, and it benefits from both an independent entrance via a French door and direct access from the adjacent double bedroom. A second bathroom with a shower serves the remaining bedrooms and common areas.

Trulli Italia has been subjected to a check-up by a technical responsible to ensure the consistency of the description, the accessories listed, and their present state of operation and maintenance. The acceptance of animals at the property must be previously authorised by the owner, who requires advance communication of the number of animals, their size, and their breed. Guests are kindly reminded that the proper disposal of urban waste is expected throughout the stay. In the event that urban waste is not disposed of correctly, an extra charge will be applied at check-out. The tourism tax applies at a rate of €2.00 per person per day for the first 5 days of the stay; children under 12 years of age are exempt from this charge.
