The expansive grounds of over 5,000 sqm encompass a beautifully maintained 2,000 sqm garden planted with olive, carob, and lemon trees, complemented by fragrant Mediterranean shrubs. 3 gazebos are distributed across the property: one positioned near the pool, one on the terrace, and one dedicated to an outdoor dining area complete with a barbecue, making al fresco entertaining both effortless and atmospheric. Please note that the garden photographs were taken in spring, and therefore the flowering and grass colours may differ from what you encounter upon arrival, depending on the season of your visit. The non-heated swimming pool is a true highlight of the outdoor experience, offering a panoramic view over the surrounding countryside and reached from the villa by a pleasant walk of approximately 100 metres through the park. Rectangular in shape and measuring 12.5 x 4 metres with a constant depth of 1.40 metres, the pool is lined in PVC and features Roman steps, a white stone border, internal and external lighting, a cold-water shower, and a salt purification system. The surrounding lawn area is furnished with sunbeds and a gazebo, creating an ideal setting for sunbathing and relaxation. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October. The property is accessed via a driveway gate and offers covered parking for 2 cars as well as an additional uncovered parking space.

Villa Ramunna accommodates a maximum of 6 guests across 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, distributed over 2 floors connected by an internal staircase.
