A dedicated shallow area provides a comfortable space for relaxing in the water, while the marble-paved pool terrace is furnished with sunbeds and umbrellas for leisurely afternoons in the sun. The pool is non-heated and operates seasonally, open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October. Guests are kindly advised that the photographs of the property were taken in spring, and therefore the appearance of the garden, including the blossoming of flowers and the colour of the grass, may differ at the time of arrival.

A fully equipped kitchen adjoins the living area, and a hallway leads to 2 double bedrooms on this level. The ground floor also includes 2 bathrooms, one fitted with a shower and one with a bathtub.

The property operates a Zer0Dep Guarantee, meaning guests are not required to pay a security deposit either on balance or upon arrival. This guarantee includes EuropAssistance coverage in the event of accidental damage to the property during the stay, up to a maximum of 1,500 euros and subject to the limitations provided by the policy.

Pets are welcome at the property, with a maximum of 2 small-sized animals permitted upon request. Guests travelling with animals should be aware that a mandatory extra cleaning fee applies per animal per week.
