The villa's approximately 750 square meters of interior space are enveloped by a lush, fenced garden of around 900 square meters, a true oasis of Mediterranean tranquility shaded by tall palm trees, bougainvilleas, and flowering shrubs. Guests benefit from wireless internet connectivity throughout the property, while the generous yard provides ample space for relaxation, outdoor dining, and leisurely enjoyment of the surrounding landscape.

The garden is laid out across 2 main terraces, both enjoying panoramic sea views, and is planted with palm trees, cypresses, cycads, bougainvillea, hibiscus, and a rich variety of Mediterranean shrubs. Flowering flower beds and rocky lava stone corners frame the pool area and the ground-floor patio, which is furnished with a dining table and a comfortable lounge area, ideal for alfresco meals and relaxed gatherings. Adjacent to the pool, a wrought-iron gazebo houses a handcrafted lava stone table with Vietri ceramic inlays, providing an atmospheric setting for outdoor dining in the shade. The swimming pool is non-heated, rectangular in shape, and measures 13 x 4 meters, with a depth ranging from 1 to 2 meters. It is covered in clear PVC, accessed by steps, and equipped with chlorine purification as well as interior and perimeter lighting. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the last Saturday in October. The surrounding solarium is furnished with sun loungers and tables, and a cold water shower is available for guests' convenience. Parking is accessible outside the entrance gate, along the street, with restricted access managed via an electric chain. The property also offers the Zer0Dep Guarantee, meaning guests are not required to pay a security deposit either on balance or upon arrival. This guarantee includes EuropAssistance coverage in the event of accidental damage caused to the property during the stay, up to a maximum of 1,500.00 euros and subject to the restrictions provided. Pets are welcome at the property; a mandatory extra charge applies for each animal present. The tourist tax is charged per person per night for the first 7 nights of the stay, with children under 18 years of age exempt from payment.
