The outdoor spaces at Villa Pineta are among its most captivating features, offering a variety of settings for relaxation and al fresco dining. 2 elegant porticoes frame the exterior of the villa: one positioned off the kitchen and one in front of the living room. Each portico is furnished with a dining table and chairs or a comfortable outdoor seating area, providing shaded retreats ideal for meals and leisurely gatherings throughout the day. The surrounding garden is a living landscape of centuries-old olive trees, citrus trees, and cycads, with a thick hedge separating the villa grounds from the working farm beyond. Guests are welcome to explore this farm freely and admire its remarkable crops of mango, avocado, citrus, and olive. The non-heated infinity pool is positioned approximately 10 metres from the villa and is set upon a wooden solarium that adds a warm, natural aesthetic to the space. Rectangular in shape, the pool measures 8 x 5 metres with a depth ranging from 1.20 to 1.40 metres and is accessed via 6 central Roman steps. It features a light-coloured PVC lining, chlorine purification, and internal lighting activated by a twilight system that is synchronised with the garden lighting. The pool terrace is surrounded by lantanas and Mediterranean plants and is equipped with sunbeds and tables, creating an intimate and relaxing environment. The pool is open from the first Saturday in April to the last Saturday in October. Please be aware that photographs of the property were taken in spring, and therefore the appearance of flowering plants and the colour of the garden grass may differ at the time of your arrival.

Villa Pineta is arranged entirely on a single floor and comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests across 3 well-appointed bedrooms, each with its own private ensuite bathroom, for a total of 3 bathrooms. The entrance is accessed through the portico and leads into a fully equipped kitchen with an adjoining dining area. A sliding door connects this space to the living room, which is distinguished by a striking glass wall that looks directly onto the garden and swimming pool. The first bedroom is a double room featuring a divisible bed, offering flexibility for different guest configurations, and includes an ensuite bathroom with shower. The second bedroom is also a double room with an ensuite bathroom with shower. The third bedroom is a twin room with joinable beds and its own ensuite bathroom with shower. A washing machine is conveniently located in the external boiler room.

The booking also includes the Zer0Dep Guarantee, which means guests are not required to pay a security deposit either on balance or upon arrival. This guarantee includes EuropAssistance coverage in the event of accidental damage to the property during the stay, up to a maximum of 1,500.00 euros and subject to the limitations provided by the policy. Pets are welcome at the property; however, a mandatory extra cleaning fee applies per animal per week or part of a week. Tourism tax may apply where applicable, in accordance with local regulations.
