The lawn extending from the veranda is equipped with sun loungers and coffee tables, offering a tranquil space to unwind beneath the Mediterranean sun. At the heart of the garden sits a non-heated swimming pool, irregularly shaped and measuring 5 x 4 metres with a constant depth of 1.30 metres. The pool is lined with PVC and features white paving, chlorine purification, internal LED lighting, 4 steps for access, and hydromassage jets. The surrounding pool area is furnished with additional sun loungers and coffee tables, and an outdoor cold-water shower is conveniently provided nearby. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October. Please be aware that photo shoots are usually taken in spring, so the colours and blooms in the gardens, lawns, and surrounding areas may differ at the time of your arrival.

Unit Layout

Casa Maestrale accommodates up to 6 guests across 3 well-appointed bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, distributed over 2 non-connecting floors, each with its own separate entrance. On the ground floor, guests will find an entrance hallway leading to a double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with shower, as well as a second double bedroom with a queen-size bed. A further bathroom with shower serves this floor. The ground floor also features an open-plan living area incorporating a dining area, a sitting area, and a kitchenette, with sliding doors opening directly onto the veranda and garden. The basement level is accessed via 16 external steps from the parking area and functions as a fully independent living space, comprising a living area with kitchenette, a double bedroom, and a bathroom with shower.
