The expansive garden surrounding Villa Agostini spans approximately 3,000 sqm and is thoughtfully divided into distinct outdoor spaces by large areas of lawn and carefully maintained hedges. Planted with roses, lavender, jasmine, and Mediterranean herbs, the grounds offer a fragrant and visually beautiful setting throughout the season. A covered portico beside the villa is fully furnished for outdoor dining, allowing guests to enjoy al fresco meals in the shade. On the opposite side of the property, a pergola with lounge seating provides a relaxed, shaded retreat ideal for drinks and conversation. The non-heated swimming pool is located a few metres from the villa and features an irregular shape with a striking waterfall element. It measures 8 x 4 metres with a constant depth of 1.40 metres, and is fitted with PVC lining, internal steps for access, chlorine purification, and both internal and external lighting. The surrounding solarium is paved in stone and framed by lawn and hedges, with sunbeds and an outdoor shower provided for guests' comfort. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October. Please note that photographs of the garden were taken in spring, and therefore the blossoming of flowers and the colour of the grass may differ at the time of your arrival.
