The upper floor hosts a large walk-through room with direct access to the terrace, a generous dining room with its own terrace exit, and 3 well-appointed bedrooms. 2 of these bedrooms are each furnished with 1 double bed and offer access to the balcony, while the third bedroom features 1 double bed and opens directly onto the terrace. The upper floor also includes an open kitchen equipped with 4 induction hot plates, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine, with an additional exit to the terrace. - 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
