A minimum stay of 4 nights is required. Check-in is available from 16:00 to 21:00, while check-out must take place between 8:00 and 10:00. A late check-in service is available for arrivals after 21:00 and until 24:00, subject to an additional charge payable upon arrival. A security deposit of 300 euros is required upon arrival and will be returned at departure, less any deductions in the event of damages. The rental rates are inclusive of gas, water, electricity, final cleaning, a weekly change of bed linens and pool towels, a midweek change of bath towels, a weekly cleaning of the bedrooms and bathrooms covering 3 hours, a welcome basket featuring local items, and a cot. A tourist tax of 3.00 euros per person per night applies, excluding children up to 12 years of age, for a maximum of 5 nights, and is to be paid in cash upon arrival. Pets are not admitted. Public parking is available 200 metres from the property, with free parking accessible 500 metres away.
