A sofa bed located in the living room can accommodate a 4th guest at an extra cost. The bathroom is equipped with a shower. A minimum stay of 3 nights is required, which extends to 5 nights during the months of July and August. The rental price includes consumption of gas, water, and electricity, as well as 1 set of bath towels per person and bed linens. Pets are not permitted at this property. For check-in requests after 21:00, a surcharge will be applied and must be paid directly on site. A security deposit of 200 euros is required and payable on site.
