The largest space in the house is the living area, which is comprised of the living room, dining room, and kitchen. Emphasised by the natural concrete floor and the large windows that welcome the outside into the home, this restful and cosy space perfectly balances style with comfort and cosiness. The pool, which extends under a porch visible through the large windows, is mere steps from the couch and almost seems part of the room, further underlining the feeling of being in a magical place, on holidays, and away from the everyday.
Of course, all of the practical things are also cared for as well. There is WIFI and air-conditioning in the home and the kitchen – though bright and chic and stylish – has all of the mod-cons you could ask for including a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven with stove top, microwave, toaster, Italian and American coffee machines, and a washing machine. The dining room area seats four guests around a stylish glass and concrete table with pool views. Plus, the aforementioned living room has a large and plush sectional sofa, a fireplace, and a large wall-mounted television.
Then there are the two double bathrooms, one of which is en suite, and an additional bathroom in the house. The bedrooms are peaceful spaces with some more of those funky touches found throughout the whole house, while the bathrooms are modern and luxurious with a couple of surprises. In the en suite there is also a particular shower/bath tub that is made from natural cement, giving the space both an exotic and elegant style and a spa-like atmosphere.
Out into that incredible garden, we find that pool visible from the living room, partially covered by a porch at one corner of the house but with the rest open to the sun and air. The pool is also surrounded by smooth paving with sun loungers all around – some in the sun, some in natural shade offered by the greenery on the property, and some under a canopy to one side of the house. This canopy is found over doors leading out onto the patio from the dining room area and also boasts a table and chairs for al fresco dining, as well as a rather cool mushroom-style outdoor standing lamp. In another corner of the garden, there is a BBQ area that is surrounded by Mediterranean marquis porcelain tiles and is well set up with a sink next to it, ample counter space all around, and another table and chairs right in front of it, as well as more canopies overhead. Plentiful plants, lush green lawns dotted by trees, more sun loungers, and a large wooden canopied sun bed area, as well as another dining area and a hammock under one of the biggest trees on the property down at the end of the gardens round out these stunning manicured grounds. They provide endless options for sunning yourself, relaxing, dining, reading, snacking, sipping glasses of wine or cups of coffee, and generally making the most of your vacation.
