The open kitchen is equipped with an oven, 4 gas rings, a toaster, and a kettle, and it also has an exit to the terrace.

The apartment comes with a shower, bidet, and WC. Gas heating is available from November 1st to April 15th. The terrace measures 40 square meters and is furnished with terrace furniture, offering a beautiful view of the sea and the resort. In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
