The entrance hall welcomes you upon arrival and leads into a generous living and dining room, complete with a dining table and direct access to both the balcony and the terrace. The fully equipped kitchen opens onto the balcony and includes an oven, 4 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, and a freezer. The apartment has 1 bathroom fitted with a shower, bidet, and WC. The property benefits from a private entrance and is accessible without a lift.

- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
