Both the living area and kitchen provide direct access to the garden. Additionally, there is a bathroom with a bath/bidet/WC on this level. Moving up to the upper floor, you'll discover another double bedroom with a bed, air conditioning, and access to a balcony, as well as a room with a bunk bed that sleeps two. This floor also has another bathroom with a bath/bidet/WC. The villa offers air conditioning and forced-air heating, although heating may not be available in all rooms. The second upper floor houses a double bedroom with a shower/bidet/WC, air conditioning, and access to a balcony.
