The villa offers air conditioning in all rooms and the living room, available on request and to be paid on site. A professional concierge service is at your disposal to enhance your experience by arranging restaurant reservations, organizing wine tours, planning excursions, booking boat rentals for nearby Lake Bolsena, coordinating private driver services and accommodating various other requests. Upon arrival, a 500 euro pre-authorization will be requested on your credit card as a security deposit, which will be released after your departure subject to confirmation of no damage to the property. The standard rate is valid for up to 10 persons, with the possibility of adding extra beds with advance notice. A tourist tax may be required upon arrival according to the regulations of the host municipality. The villa provides water and electricity in the rental price, though gas is not included. Wood for both the fireplace and barbecue is provided for your convenience.
