The first bedroom is a double room featuring 1 double bed, while the second room is equipped with 2 beds and 1 sofabed, offering flexible sleeping arrangements for families or groups. A shower, bidet, and WC serve the upper floor. The maisonette is accessed via a private entrance, and there is no lift available within the property.
