Masseria Tagliente are not a hotels but private homes. The equipment, furniture, and characteristics reflect the local style, the taste of the owner and the Italian and local traditions. Usually, the coffee machine is the Italian espresso maker (Moka) and not the electrical coffee maker/machine. Therefore, Raro Realty srl will not consider these elements as a cause for complaint.

Short tourist lease according to D.L. 50/2017 - Rental agreement for tourist stays to be signed at a distance or at check-in.

- Entry must be made after completion of the
sanitization by the staff involved in this activity and therefore not before 17:00. The staff will inform the owner or his representative of the estimated time of access and he will inform the guests.

Cleaning and linen change (sheets and towels) will be as follows:
- *once a week (for stays of at least 7 nights): preparation of the villa for guests' arrival

During the high season the weekly cleaning will be done mainly on Saturday.

All travellers benefit, with the payment of the 6% Agency Fee, from the RARO CARE service covering Cancellation and any accidental damage to the property.

Cancellation of a booking, unless stated otherwise in the reservation policies of the property, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties must be paid:
- the percentage of the total rental amount paid at the time of the booking as initial deposit if the cancellation is made from the booking time to 46 days before the start of the rental period;
- 100% of the total rental price if the cancellation is made from 45 days to the day of arrival or in the case of no show.
