There is also a small kitchenette equipped with an oven and 4 gas rings, and an exit leading to the terrace. The upper floor, accessible via an exterior staircase, features a large living room with an open-hearth fireplace, TV, and air conditioning, as well as an exit to the terrace, a dining room, 2 double bedrooms, and an open kitchen equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 5 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, and an electric coffee machine. There is also a shower/bidet/WC on this level.
