Additionally, there is one bedroom with two beds (90 cm wide and 200 cm long). The kitchenette is equipped with an oven, four gas rings, a toaster, and a kettle, and it also has an exit leading to the terrace.

The apartment comes with a shower, bidet, and WC (toilet). Air conditioning and forced-air heating are provided, with the heating available only from November 1st to April 8th. Outside, there is a large terrace measuring 30 square meters and another terrace measuring 10 square meters. The terraces are furnished with outdoor furniture, a barbecue, and deck chairs, offering a beautiful panoramic view of the sea and the resort. - 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
