One of the rooms has 3 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm) and a folding bed (80 cm, length 200 cm), also with an exit to the balcony.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
