Free public parking is possible along the same street, and in the neighborhood. Limited availability in high season.
LOCATION:
The apartment is on the sea level, in the Ferriere neighborhood – Imperia.
It is close to the urban park of Imperia (300 meters).
Small public beach (free beach inside the urban park, with pebbles): about 700 meters away.
Pizzeria-brasserie at 150 meters (Da Bully).
Large supermarket (Carrefour): 200 meters away.
The area has many shops and services (pharmacies, bars, shops).
The center of Imperia Oneglia (pedestrian area, with porticoes, shops; Calata Cuneo with many restaurants): 500 metres away, less than 10 minutes on foot.
Beaches in Oneglia: Sogni d'Estate (1 km) and Koko Beach (1,3 km).
Other beaches:
you can reach the sandy beaches of Imperia Porto Maurizio on foot in about 30 minutes. (“Spiaggia d’Oro” beach: 2,1 km )
“Borgo Marina” neighbourhood, with many restaurants and cafés: 1,8 km from the apartment.
In the summer, the Municipality of Imperia offers a shuttle to reach Imperia Porto Maurizio (attention: the availability of the service may vary without notice. In any case, the shuttle would only operate in the summer, mainly in July and August).

We always try our best to provide a great service, but, to do so, information is needed before your arrival.
- if you wish to find the beds already made, please contact us some days before your arrival with the necessary information on which bed configuration you prefer. Otherwise, we won't be able to prepare them beforehand.
- if you don't provide us with your mobile phone number, and if don't tell us your estimated time of arrival, you may have to wait some time for the receptionist to arrive and welcome you.

Important notes:
- Check-in time: after 16:00; Check-out time: before 10:00. This timetable is necessary to allow the cleaning service to clean and reorder the apartment.
- upon check-in, all guest, including children, must provide a valid identity document. This is necessary in order to communicate and register guests to the authorities, as required by Italian law.
- upon check-in, guests have to pay a tax of 2€ per person, per day, only for the first 10 days, and only for guests over 14 years old. If possible, please prepare in advance the correct amount. Thank you.
