- Entry to the property must take place mandatorily after the completion of sanitization by the staff assigned to this activity and therefore not before 5:00 PM. The assigned staff will communicate to the owner or his representative the scheduled time for access and he to the guests.
Cleaning and linen change (sheets and towels) will take place as follows:
- **once a week (for stays of at least 7 nights): preparation of the villa for the arrival of clients with provision of bed and bath linens per room (2 pool towels, 2 face towels, 2 bidet towels, 1 shower mat, 2 body towels)
During high season periods, weekly cleaning will be carried out mainly on Saturday.
Final cleaning is always included, even for stays of less than 7 nights.
- All travelers benefit, with the payment of 6% Agency Fee, from the RARO CARE service covering Cancellation and covering any accidental damage to the property.
With the RARO CARE Service you will be covered for any damage exceeding € 100.00 and up to € 5,000.00.
