On the ground floor, you will find 3 double bedrooms, each equipped with its own private shower, bidet, and WC, as well as a flat screen television and air conditioning for your comfort. A living room on this level provides a welcoming space to relax, with direct access to the garden and the loggia. A large living and dining room features an open-hearth fireplace, a bar area, and a flat screen television, and opens onto both the garden and the patio. The ground floor kitchen is fully appointed with 4 hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, a kettle, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. A bathroom completes this level.
