On the lower ground floor, there is an additional living/dining room with a dining table and TV, providing access to the terrace. The kitchen is equipped with two hot plates, an oven, toaster, kettle, microwave, and an electric coffee machine, along with a small dining table and an open-hearth fireplace (for decorative purposes only). You'll also find a bathroom with a bath, bidet, and toilet on this level.
