Swimming Pool
Villa Niraclò is a villa for rent characterized by a large infinity pool with salt sterilization, 8m long and 15m wide, the depth ranges from 0.3m to 1.50 m.
Around the pool there are enough sun loungers for the entire guests, there is also a double sun lounger with shaded coverage.
There are three verandas that house two dining areas with a table and a relaxation area for tea or coffee. In correspondence, there is the barbecue area.
Outdoor
The garden, completely fenced with exposed masonry, is surrounded by a high hedge that reserves privacy and tranquility. The paving of the courtyard is in local stone and at the edges, there is a lawn with outdoor bathrooms and showers.
Access to Villa Niraclò is from the electric gate, the rental villa is completely fenced with outdoor video surveillance.

Interior Description
The interiors - Villa Niraclò
Villa Niraclò, is a recently renovated villa for rent where the interiors, furnishings and the laying of the floor (now in resin micro-cement) have been renovated. Access to the villa is via a secondary road with an electric gate and private parking spaces.
From the car park, a path leads the guest towards the main entrance which takes place from the rear of the villa.
The living area
The entrance opens into the living area, with the dining room and living room with service bathroom and view of the pool.
The dining room has a large table in the center that can accommodate up to 10 diners, and upon entering, on the right takes place the large "L" -shaped sofa with coffee table and Smart TV (including SKY satellite TV) built into the fireplace.
On the bottom there is the complete kitchen and equipped with an island top for the preparation of dishes, the induction hob with hood for the escape of odors, the sink, the refrigerator with freezer, the dishwasher, the microwave, the kettle and the electric oven.
The kitchen is stocked with crockery, plates, cutlery and glasses (including unbreakable poolside glasses).
The sleeping area
The sleeping area is divided into two parts, from the living room you can reach both the Master Suite Clò on the left and on the right the three Suite rooms: Suite Ni, Suite Ra and Suite Mi. In the external dependance there are two other bedrooms with two bathrooms.
All rooms are equipped with LED lighting and ducted air conditioning.
The Clò Master Suite, with a masonry double bed and en-suite bathroom for private use, is the only one to have direct access to the internal small swimming pool and the large 15 * 8m external swimming pool (with depths from 0.3 to 1.5m) in the garden. The room has exposed brickwork and a double bed with a headboard measuring 2.40x1.90, and is equipped with sheets, towels and four pillows. At the edges of the bed there are the two built-in bedside tables and on the front the niches in the wall for the wardrobe and the suitcase rest. The bathroom connected to it is complete with double sink with mirror, toilet, bidet and shower.
Connected to the Master Suite is the small swimming pool with massaged hydrants that overlooks the garden and swimming pool.
Also from the living room, the corridor with wall skylights leads to the three suite bedrooms.
The Ni Suite, the first on the left from the living room, has a bed and a masonry headboard with a double mattress, equipped with four pillows, sheets and towels with a hidden wardrobe in the wall. On the sides of the bed there are the two built-in bedside tables and the niche rests objects above. Connected to the bedroom is the bathroom complete with shower, toilet, single sink and bidet with window to the outside. Master the white lime of the walls and the blue of the sea.
The Ra Suite can be reached both from the internal corridor and from the outside. Presents the bed with structure and headboard in masonry. The double mattress is equipped with four pillows, sheets and towels with built-in and foldaway wardrobe. Connected to the Ra Suite there is the small bathroom complete with shower, bidet, toilet and single sink.
The Mi Suite also has independent and external access from the courtyard and internal corridor. At its entrance there is the hallway that connects the bedroom and the private bathroom. The room has a bed with a masonry structure and headboard, a double mattress also equipped with four pillows, sheets and towels. The small bathroom is complete with shower, toilet, bidet and single sink.
With independent and private access from the main body (around 100m), there is the annex with two further double bedrooms with private bathrooms.

Renting Villa Niraclò you cannot miss the town of Carovigno (Br), an enchanting town in Puglia with its characteristic medieval town center and the natural reserve of Torre Guaceto.
Along the coast, a few minutes ride from Villa Niraclò, there is the Tower of Santa Sabina, a hamlet and seaside resort of Carovigno. The tower which sits on the sea has the shape of a star with four edges oriented towards the sea; it was designed as a lookout tower for the small port and also a defensive system to protect the coast of Puglia from Saracen invaiders.

Cleaning and linen change (sheets and towels) will take place as follows:
